Job Description:-

Experience with the installation and administration of Microsoft System Centre Operations Manager 2012 and 2016.

Experience in application network performance and availability monitoring.

Perform System centre operations manager product migration upgrade Management pack authoring knowledge.

Working knowledge on use of Microsoft Windows PowerShell scripting engine to automate tasks with SCOM.

Integrating SCOM monitoring solution with ticketing using connectors setting up required logic.

Basic knowledge on Cloud fundamentals Active directory Windows operating system Monitoring solutions for cloud-based applications third party application monitoring configuration.

Knowledge on report builder to create custom reports Identify analyze and resolve technical problems associated with monitoring systems.

Troubleshooting skills for monitoring agent daily operational queries SCOM platform server issues ITIL process knowledge.

Routinely review monitoring systems and services to ensure stability and security.

Deliver Custom out of box monitoring requests Cross-platform Monitoring configuration and maintenance.
