JOB DESCRIPTION: -

Responsibilities: -

• Have to print custom designs on apparel, fabrics and T-shirts.
• Have to make screen and printed T-shirts, textiles and promotional items using manual screen-printing machine.
• Have to create screen print art and print the results on t-shirts, sweatshirts and jackets.
• Have to operate manual screen-printing press/machine
• Design the screen patterns according to requirement
• Selecting screen size, degreasing agents and emulsion coatings.
• Load the screen into printer.
• Installing and repositioning screen-printing plates.
• Have to adjust the printer before batch is printed.
• Performing quality checks throughout the printing process.

Requirements:

• Previous work experience as a Screen Printer.
• Ability to create and open screen films
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to work with ink and chemicals.
• Ability to manually operate 4 station manual screen print machine.
• Ability to work alone for long shifts.
