Responsibilities:

Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight
Lead small projects.
Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Professional Scrum certifications from Scrum Alliance (CSM, CSP, CSPO) or Scrum.org (PSM, PSPO, PSD) or PMI ( PMP, PMI-ACP),
Coordinates and facilitates sprint/release planning meetings, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and demos,
Strong understanding of the SDLC,
Ability to empower and motivate your team during each iteration,
Driving successful delivery by outlining expectations and structure for the scrum team.,
Experience with BDD would be highly regarded. TDD necessary.,
A big focus on delivery but we are looking for someone who is motivated by the success of their team,
Emphasis around agile disciplines,
Focuses on resolving blockers to keep the team concentrated on the engineering tasks,
Shields the team from external interference that might decrease focus,
Ensures that the team lives by the values and practices of scrum,
Coordinates tasks, documentation, and metrics between teams across sites,
Compares Agile practices to ensure coordination and unity between the sites,
Setting up and framing department activities, such as Engineering Huddles,
Provides updates on Agile-scrum and software release progress weekly,
Location of posting is driven by business needs.
