Job Role: Scrum Master

Supporting business activities and internal
clients to ensure that data is structured,
organised, stored and processed efficiently, effectively and meets business need
· Strong hands-on technical knowledge of Data Governance concepts, processes, operational model, and organizational support models
· Define user stories and review requirement specifications provided & user stories to provide timely and meaningful feedback
· Need to handle attribute definition, data modelling; entities, relationships, metadata management, data lifecycle, lineage and traceability
· Support QA team and Design & create proper test data which can be re-used
· Focus on business benefits, data re-use, governing data and creating and enforcing Data Governance policies and procedures
· Ensure high levels of data quality, availability, accuracy, completeness, consistency and privacy. Assist business data owners to identify the root cause of data issues
· Work with business users and Data Stewards to define cleanse plans to resolve conflict and manage issues to completion
· Handle of data quality, profiling, KPIs and dashboards, data mastering and synchronisation.
· Experience working in Agile Methodology- Authoring User stories.
· Experience working in Use case diagrams, Visio and Mock-ups.
Essential Skills· Experienced in working in an Agile/Scrum development processes
· Should be certified in Scrum.
· Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
· Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban),or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
· Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
· knowledge about Data governance, GDPR and/or other Data Privacy regulations
· Strong understanding of Enterprise Level Business Flow, DG (Data Governance),DQ (Data Quality),Data Lineage and Data Domain
