What is your role going to be?
Contribution to automation framework Preparing, executing automation scripts for the product in parallel with development Contribute in execution of product roadmap as per the plan Making sure to elevate automation coverage to higher level Able to perform good level of Manual testing Responsible for sharing QA status/results (both form automation and from manual front) Coordinate with multiple teams for deliverables (on shore and offshore) Help Automation Engineers to write good quality code, automate effectively Understand unit test cases written by developer, find opportunities to add more unit test cases Problem/defect analysis by reading logs, looking into source code, DB procedures Perform exploratory testing to make sure no defect leakage Introduce and enhance non-functional testing capabilities like Security, Performance, Responsive Design, etc. Assist other teams in system integration testing and user acceptance testing
What are we looking for?
Overall testing experience min â 10 max â 15 Hands on Functional Testing automation for Web as well as Rest API using Selenium, Cucumber, Rest-Assured, postman, JMeter, Blazemeter, Artillery, etc. Should be able to write frameworks from scratch â min 5 years Should be a self-starter, knows how to work around dead ends, can pick something up on the fly Good coding skill set (logical building of code) in Java. Knowledge of object-oriented development tools, techniques and principles. Must have working knowledge of Salesforce Admin/Development Must have worked on Source Code Management tools like Git, GitLab, Bitbucket Experience in CI & CD environment setup/maintenance Understanding of non-functional testing like performance and security Very Good understanding of Manual testing concepts, and implementation as well Understanding of Unit, Unit Integration Testing and testing tools like TestNG, Junit, Mockito Must have can do attitude and manage end to end product/framework delivery Understanding of Payment (Card) domain will be an added advantage Good communication skills BE/B.Tech graduate
