Search Ads 360 Specialist/Google Customer Solutions

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Google Ads bidding strategies or related third party SEM tools, in conversion optimization and/or flexible bid management.
- Proven campaign management experience in Google Ads.
Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal and global teams.
- Familiarity with digital media buying and selling processes, knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) bid management technologies.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity or handle unstructured workflows and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Use auction expertise to proactively identify customer opportunities for auto-bidding.
- Implement, monitor performance and proactively surface opportunities, including maximization or expansion of bid strategies.
- Run periodic analysis to assess performance of bid strategies and make optimization recommendations.
- Determine the appropriate bidding strategy and attribution model based on client business challenges, marketing objectives and KPIs.
- Review audience strategy, determine and recommend appropriate measurement models and factor for key levers, including device, brand vs. non brand (structure),specific conversion types, etc.
