Whizz HR is on a look for an Digital Media Executive to work with a leading 360 degree advertising agency in Mumbai.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Execute on SEM strategies, insights generation, measurement and reporting, ensuring the channel plays a lead role in supporting our client’s digital journey
2. Optimize KPI’s to maximize ROI of each marketing rupee spent within weekly budget restraints
3. Understands and is intimately aware of competitive activity in paid search, ensures that SEM campaigns are set-up to deliver competitive advantage.
4. Optimize the end-to-end campaign (including targeting segments, creative, remarketing tactics, etc.) on an ongoing basis in real-time with focus on personalization.
5. Deliver detailed and actionable insights and strategic recommendations, provide interpretation, guidance and recommendations to drive business performance
6. Produce &; manage keyword research, technical, content and SEM audits – analysis and optimization recommendations
7. Lead day-to-day engagement with clients and key internal team to deliver best-in-class SEM strategies and programs
8. Develop and test new campaigns to better target users and improve overall marketing efficiencies

Key Skills & Competencies Required

• Demonstrated Managerial / Team Leadership Skills
• Advanced knowledge of Facebook ads (Blueprint certification a bonus)
• Google Ads Certified with Advanced knowledge (Search / Display / Mobile / Video)
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (Certification is a bonus)
• Basic knowledge of Tag Management system (Google Tag Manager)
• Basic knowledge of website optimization, with a focus on landing page conversation and A/B testing
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
• Knowledge of and ability to use various research tools
• Education: Engineering candidates preferred
