POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Search Engine Optimization and e-Commerce Specialist to lead and manage search engine optimization activities and ads for the Company. The SEO and e-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing all our On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities to increase rankings on all major search networks. The person will also be assigned with all our e-Commerce related activities such as maintenance and product uploads on such platforms. He/She/They will also be responsible for conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content and to design creative brand communication to the target audience. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop strategies for an overall increase of search traffic and generating leads.

• Deliver top keyword rankings across search engine results page.

• Increase brand mentions by engaging with social media audiences and work to provide valuable responses whenever possible to build authority and trust. 

• Find and participate in forum discussions that are related to SRGR products and services.

• Create content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media accounts, and company websites.

• Manage all SEM campaigns and PPC initiatives to maximize ROI.

• Identify the changing dynamics in the industry and use them strategically to build brand awareness.

• Develop and implement link-building strategies.

• Provide insights to make the website structure, navigation, and architecture as per search engine guidelines and standards.

• Analyze websites in-depth and prepare SEO site audits and projected traffic reports.

• Extensive knowledge of technical SEO On-Page and Off-Page activities.

• Optimization for long-driven and competitive keywords to gain maximum leads and increase traffic.

• Maintain weekly and monthly SEO Traffic Reports (using Google Analytics and Webmaster tools)

• Work on pitching models of SEO and digital strategies.

• Responsible for SEO Project Projections, PPTs, and Audits.

• Create and manage all published contents (images, videos, and written).

• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.

• Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.

• Identify customer needs and recommend new content to address gaps.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 2-3 years of e-Commerce and SEO experience.

• In-depth experience with website analytics tools. (Professional certification in Google Analytics is strongly preferred).

• Proven SEO and content writing experience.

• Working knowledge of content management systems.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Conduct in-depth research to support technical writing.

• Excellent writing and editing skills.

• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

• Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices and experience with website optimization tools.

• Outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve problems.

• Relevant Experience in determining the target audience and finding out how to cater to unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention with digital marketing.

• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these throughout various forms of outreach.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.

Experience: 2-3 years in relevant e-Commerce and SEO background.

Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 INR per month.
