Atmana Innovations (formerly FunSwitch Technologies) has an aim to help people reduce the time spent on digital products through mobile-first solutions. One of the trends that we can observe as consumers is the unprecedented increase in the amount of time spent on smartphones by people. Research has linked digital addictions to a multitude of problems such as anxiety, poor sleep, lower self-esteem, inattention, hyperactivity, and depression.
