About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Track, report, and analyze website performance
2. Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
3. Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals
4. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
5. Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
6. Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
7. Develop and implement a link building strategy
8. Work with the content team to ensure it is properly implemented with SEO best practices
9. Work with content teams to drive SEO in content creation
10. Work on website audit, content marketing on Quora, and keyword research
11. Handle on-page SEO and analyze competitor's website
12. Work on articles and press-release submissions
13. Work on guest posting and PPT/PDF creation
14. Work on forum marketing

Other requirements

1. Proven SEO experience

2. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer engagement

3. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahref)

4. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SMO

5. Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics

6. Knowledge of search engine algorithms

7. Excellent communication skills

8. Ambitious and hungry to achieve in a high growth start-up environment

9. Learning attitude - should be able to learn fast and adapt fast to the ever-changing requirements of a start-up

10. Candidates with experience in the range of 1-4 years in search engine optimization (SEO) & social media work can apply

11. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

12. Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc.)

13. Graduates would be preferred
