Secretarial Officerjob vacancies in Shipping Corporation Of India on contract basis

Qualification  :  Full time Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline plus Associate/Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Preference will be given to candidates having degree in LAW.

Experience :  Candidates should have at least 20 years of experience w.r.t. to Company Secretarial functions and should have retired from State/Central Government Departments, Autonomous Bodies, PSUs, PSBs or CPSEs in minimum IDA pay scale of E5 (Rs. 80,000 – Rs. 2,20,000) or pre revised scale of 32,900- 58,000, equivalent CDA pay scale / Public Sector Bank pay scale. Candidate should have preferably handled a compliance w.r.t. Listing Regulations.

Emoluments : A consolidated monthly emoluments of Rs 70,000/- will be paid. A conveyance cummobile allowance of Rs 10,000/-per month will also be paid for discharge of official duty. No other perks/benefits/ allowances shall be applicable.

Age Limit :  Age Limit as on 01.11.2019 is 63 years. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 01.11.1956

Selection Process :   Interviews will be held in Mumbai.
