Qualifications for Deputation: Assistant Accountant Generals or Officers holding equivalent posts from Indian Audit Department, Central Secretariat or autonomous bodies set up by Government including Universities.

(2) Five years of teaching or guiding research and/or five years experience of research administration in a reputed organization.

Qualifications for Direct Recruitment/Deputation: A post-graduate degree in any of the Social Science Discipline, preferably a Ph. D. with at least five years’ experience of editorial and production work.

Qualifications for Deputation/Short-term contract:
Officials from Central Govt. or Autonomous Bodies or Universities who are:
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or
(ii) holding posts in the Level – 6 in Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC with five years regular service; and possessing the following qualifications:
(1) Master’s Degree with 50% marks in any social science from the recognized University or equivalent.
(2) Degree in Library Science or equivalent qualifications.

Programmer Contractual basis /2 Posts
Essential Qualifications: A master’s degree with at least 50% marks in any of the Social Science Discipline or Statistics or Mathematic or Operational Research.
At least 3 years’ experience in computer programming in modern languages like JAVA SCRIPT, PYTHON, PHP, at a recognised institution/university including 2 years’ experience in Social Science data processing.
Desirable Qualifications:(1) A degree or diploma in Computer Sciences/IT from a recognised institution/ university.
(2) Experience in Web development based applications.
Age : between 21-45 years.
Salary : as per the rules of ICSSR
Upper Division Clerk Deputation/9 Posts
Qualifications for Deputation: LDCs with at least 5 years’ experience in that grade.
Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC : Rs. 25500-81100 Level – 4
