Fund Accounting team is responsible for timely and accurate delivery of NAV for Clients who have outsourced their Fund Accounting to JPM. This role involves a candidate to have an aptitude for data mining, should be analytical in his approach and have a business focus and an expert in Tableau.
The candidate will be working in the WHEM shift and diversity candidate will be preferred.
Analytical Skills & Problem Solving- Tableau expert need to analyze the needs of the business/data and come with innovative representations of information for top management
Innovative - This job require creativity and the ability to create innovative solutions/representations to business data/information. Tableau expert need to be self-motivated to find solutions and improvements
Detail-Oriented - Tableau expert need to have strong attention to detail in order to spot inaccuracies/exceptions in data
Teamwork - Tableau expert would work as part of a large team and work towards shared business and department goals, so the ability to work professionally with others is vital to being successful in this job
Presentation Skills - This role would require an expert having Excellent written and verbal communication. A strong hold on articulating facts and features into a presentation for Top management perusal is an imperative
MIS Management - Should have an excellent hands-on in Microsoft Office Applications, use these tools to create & manage repository of various data points and publish MIS to top management
MBA/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics and Tableau certification. Preferably PMP certified.
