Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparation of Client reports (Daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly/ Adhoc) across Cash, Trades, Asset Servicing and MIS for Custody and iMOS Clients as per the Client requirements and within agreed client deadlines & SLA's
• Self-review the Client Reports from an accuracy, quality and completeness perspective
• Consistency checking of Client Reports for large clients throughout the year and relevant adhoc requirements
• Analysis & raising queries of client reports and escalation, where appropriate, of any potential issues identified
• Escalate concerns around anomalies in process and procedures which may result in audit findings
• Liaise with partner sites for external deliveries and communicate status effectively and in a timely manner to local management and partner sites
• Interaction with stakeholders to respond to any reporting-related queries that may arise.
• Recognize and act on automation opportunities to improve processes including developing and making recommendations for change and encourage the team to come with ideas for efficiency and create value for scale
• To ensure all the risk and control checks are adhered to for clients and follow all required checklists and SOPS, ensure they are up to date
• Liaise with OCM (internal control) team on any issues that arise that need to be reviewed
• Ability to take ownership of issues and escalate where relevant
• Prepare key performance indicators or metrics

Skills Requires:

• PC skills (Excel).
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify, research, and escalate critical issues
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure in a deadline oriented environment.
• Able to provide coaching and guidance on all aspects of necessary processes.
• Good logical and analytical skills, strong accounting skills and aptitude to work with numbers
• Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements.
• Ability to take ownership of issues and escalate where relevant

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in the financial services industry, preferably within custody business/ Client Reporting
