Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on end-to-end security event monitoring across the security landscape
2. Supporting day-to-day security troubleshoots
3. Working on vendor & SI coordination
4. Maintaining SLA -driven response and resolution
5. Working on dashboard & reporting
6. Coordinating with the location-based IT team for security-related issues
7. Working on being open for cross-functional support
6. Working on VPN (site-to-site) troubleshoot and support

Other requirements
1. Candidate should be CCNA Security trained or certified
2. Understanding of networking fundamental basics
3. Hands-on exposure to security tools
4. Understanding of firewall support and troubleshoot- Cisco NGFW, Palo Alto, Sophos, and similar
5. Understanding of security solutions like endpoint security, email security, XDR solutions
