Location - Pune Job description Duties of Field Officer (FOR PUNE DISTRICT ONLY) · Arranging Man Power for any new development of new/existing units in the given time allotted.

Giving basic security-related training, company policies & disciplines for such manpower arranged. Allotment of uniforms and other equipment and keeping the records of all such allotments and monetary advances.

· Submitting attendance of your units to our HR department or Operation department daily · Collecting invoices and submitting such invoices to the clients.

· Follow up & Collecting Cheques from clients and Depositing in the bank.

· Maintaining feedback form time to time with your client’s representatives.

· Reporting daily activities to your regional manager in personal

· Frequent Night Patrolling of your units allotted only.

· Incentives will be provided for any lead generation form you.

· Maintain attendance record and full attendance on all sites. · Regular Site visit of the sites handled by you.

· Minimum 4-night visits every month.

· Site visit to other field officer’s sites if required (on an urgent basis).

· Payment reminder to the client from time to time.

· Solve problems of the guards.

· Proper documentation of the guards.

· Watch on discipline & hygiene of the guards and staff.

· Maintaining full attendance of the guards.

· Patrol premises of various sites regularly to maintain order and establish a presence. · You shall recruit the Security Guard in 21 to 45 age group only. ( Exception for Ex-Service Man) · Be the co-operative and first point of contact with various Department

· Any other new security-related policies from the company will be updated to you from time to time.
