Your Role and Responsibilities
As Security Firewall Specialist, you will be responsible for configuration and execution of Firewall changes on internal and customer facing firewall infrastructure and application load balancer devices.

Responsibilities

• Configuration of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls (Palo Alto or Vyatta or Juniper SRX or Cisco ASA or Checkpoint) and load balancers (Citrix NetScaler or F5 or Cisco ACE preferred)
• Installation of routing and switching technologies, 802.1q, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VLAN, MPLS, VRF.
• Configuration of GRE, IPSec, OSPF, EIGRP & BGP

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Firewalls products and load balancers.
• Experience in firewall management, preferably with Palo Alto or Vyatta running multi-context
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP packet analysis, using Wireshark or raw packet captures using tcpdump.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing large scale multitenant WAN/LAN networks

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Preferable to have CCNA or any other Network certification.
• Scripting or Automation knowledge is desirable
• You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
