Job Description
We have opening for Security guard supervisor.
Required documents: Resume, Aadhar card, pan card, selfie photo, Aadhar Card linked mobile number.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee the work of security guards to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Create and implement schedules for security staff to ensure adequate coverage.
Train security personnel on proper safety and security procedures.
Monitor security systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
Investigate security incidents and report findings to management.
Conduct regular security audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure that security staff are following all safety regulations and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement emergency response plans.
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must have a valid security guard license and previous supervisory experience in the security industry.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of security guards to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, employees, and law enforcement officials.
Proficient in the use of security equipment, such as CCTV, access control systems, and alarm monitoring software.
Ability to respond to emergency situations and make quick decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security and safety.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
