Post Graduate Degree in Management/ Hospitality/ General Administration or related areas from reputed universities/institutes, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Security & Estate Management especially security operations & safety practices, enforcement of procedures & policies, etc. He should have similar experience as Administrator or in the other similar capacity at Managerial level. As a Security officer a personnel is required to be alert and have desired skills viz. Surveillance Skills, Dealing with Uncertainty, Judgment, Objectivity, Dependability, Emotional Control, Integrity & moral fitness, Safety Management, Professionalism and Reporting Skills.
