(Remittances-inward and outwards),CASA, Term Deposits values and other income
products (Credit card, Demat /HSL etc.)
● Migrating customers to direct banking channels
for various transactions. Providing digital demos to portfolio customers for
effective migration from physical mode to digital platform.
● Ensuring customer issues are promptly addressed,
