Designation: Seller Onboarding - Executive
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage successful onboarding of new Seller Partners.
Handhold sellers to list and manage their products/ offers on the portal.
Ensure the statutory seller (KYC) documents are collected and safely maintained.
Assist & train Sellers in dashboard management.
Coordinate with Sellers in the order fulfillment processes.
Ensure seller payments are released in a timely and proper manner.
Work closely with other teams to address and resolve seller grievances.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Experience with recruiting is a plus, however, fresher may also apply.
Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
Skills in database management and record keeping.
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and
maintain a flexible work schedule.
Excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Gather and analyze information skillfully.
Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
