Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Seller Onboarding Professional newly identified sellers through the onboarding processes, address their inquiries, assist the Sourcing Team with supplier engagement and other necessary tasks to ensure the Marketplace is optimally stocked with the necessary supply base, help improve the overall process and associated tools, and ensure the overall process is as optimized and self-service as possible.

Responsibilities: - (But not limited to)

As a Seller Onboarding Professional, you will involve in below responsibilities;

• Onboard New Sellers.
• Provide support to Sellers.
• Support Sourcing team with supplier engagement
• Maintain supply base

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 3 – 4 Years of experience.
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven soft skills and project coordination skills
• Must be a Fast Learner, Positive Attitude, ability to Work in a Team Environment, balanced with ability to Work Alone.
• Active Listening
• Understanding of Microsoft Excel, Collaboration tools, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Must be a self-starter, good team player and an effective problem-solver, ambitious; able to work independently
• Proven Analytical and communication capabilities with strong ownership and accountability
• Bachelor’s degree
