Semi Qualified Company Secretary
Job Description
· Responsible for filing, registering any document including forms, returns, and applications
· Drafting of letters, resolutions, notice, agenda and minutes
· Drafting of reply to ROC and RD
· Company & LLP Incorporation on V3 portal
· Well versed with ROC filings of V2 and V3
· Filing of FCGPR, FCTRS & FLA returns
· Maintain all statutory registers as required under companies act 2013
· Well versed with fund raising activities such as right issue, private placements and preferential allotment
· Knowledge of trademark related filings
· Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization.
· Preparation of Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) with respect to annual filling for companies
· Preparation of Documents with respect to striking off the company
Requirements:
· A Semi Qualified CS with a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law or related field
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting
· Knowledge of regulatory compliance and governance requirements
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
