Job Description:
Ø Evaluate the quality of our language through the interview process.
Ø Good Communication Skills both Oral & Written.
Ø Good Listening Skills for US & UK English.
Ø Good convincing skills.
Ø Respond the customers using prompt keys.
Ø Client coordinator is the first point of contact for all customers and will respond to the customer/internal inquiries for more information.
Ø Must be able to learn the details of our services and convey it to our customers when it is required.
Ø The ability to summarize information in written form (clear and brief) is required.
Ø Will act as an interface between client and production team.
