Requirements and Responsibilities

Respond the customers using
Client coordinator is the first point of contact for all customers and will respond to the
customer/internal inquiries for more information.
Must be able to learn the
details of our services and convey it to our customers when it is required.
The ability to summarize
information in written form (clear and brief) is required.
Will act as an interface
between client and production team.
- Should be good in Communication and emailing
- Exposure in the international calling (US & UK).
Previous experience in the call centre will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Adobe package will be an added
advantage (For fresher’s).
- Preferable only Male Candidates.
- Freshers will also be considered
- Male candidates only
Required Experience, Skills
Fresher’s and Experienced in any and Semi voice process(added
advantages) field can apply.
Salary: Good salary based on interview performance.
