Responsibilities:
Candidate must know accounts upto finalisation of accounts.
Purchase and Sales entry.
All TDS & TCS entries & filing
Bank reconciliation on weekly and monthly basis.
Maintaining petty cash book.
Maintaining and managing Stock
Purchase & Negotiations
All Expense management and vouchers
Individual Entries related to Investment, shares, etc.
Import documentation
Coordinating with CA for IT returns
Any other work related to Accounts, Finance, Bank, Data entry or any other as assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts
Candidate must know how to operate on Tally/Excel
Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
Strong financial analysis skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and stress management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
Ability to train and manage staff.
Ability to work with little to no supervision.
