Job Description

Senior Architect / Architect – Data Architecture
Location: Mumbai

Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory;
Master Degree in Engineering preferred

Experience/ Qualifications:Total IT Experience between 10 -15 years; Out of this around 7+ years of Data Architecture / Data Modelling / Data Warehouse experience
Worked as a Data Architect / Solution Architect for atleast 1 end to end implementation of a Big Data project
Deep experience with distributed systems, large scale non-relational data stores, map-reduce systems, data modeling, database performance, and multi-terabyte data warehouse
Hands-on using data mining and modeling tools, especially ERWin and Visio
Good exposure on :-
Data visualization and data migration
RDMSs (relational database management systems) or foundational database skills
Database management system software, especially Microsoft SQL Server 
Databases such as NoSQL and cloud computing 
Hadoop technologies, like MapReduce, Hive, and Pig
Information management and data processing on multiple platforms
Industry

Preferably from a Technology, ITES, Shared Services or Banking organization
