The Role:
As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and development of high-profile commercial and hotel projects. Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design process from concept development to project completion for commercial and hotel ventures.

Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Develop and present design proposals, including 2D and 3D visualizations, to clients and stakeholders.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones efficiently.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes, as well as industry standards and best practices.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Qualifications:

Min 5 years years of proven experience in commercial and hotel projects, showcasing an impressive portfolio.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).

Strong leadership and communication skills, enabling effective team coordination and client interaction.

Knowledge of sustainable design principles, aiming to incorporate eco-friendly elements into projects.
