Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

Ensure high quality of the Credit Management process by accurate research of customer hierarchies and other credit management tasks within given timeframe
Proactive support in case of customer hierarchy questions/ad hoc requests
Supporting team in operational topics
Ability to recognize room for optimization of credit management processes
Contribute actively to update desktop procedures and supporting documents
Active communication & collaboration
Ensure to meet the performance measurement targets
Maintain the highest accuracy
Manage the Peak/Off Peak volumes within the regions and ensure extended support to complete the additional volumes received
Customer accounts reconciliations
Liaise with the internal General Ledger team for any accounting queries
Participation in Organizational Initiatives
Contribute to process improvements

WHO YOU ARE:

B.Com/MBA-finance or any other suitable accounting degree
Excellent knowledge on Credit Management, Risk Assessment, Order to Cash or Supply Chain Management
2 to 4 years of experience in Credit Management or other related Order-to-Cash processes
Proficient in Excel
Experience in SAP or an ERP environment
Experience in working in international remote transitions with different stakeholders
