Better requires process discipline and simplification
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and streamlining our data and data related operations, as well as optimizing data flow for cross-functional teams. You will handle end to end data management. You will support our software developers, database architects, data analysts, and data scientists on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects. You must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems, and products.
To be successful in this role, you will need 6 to 8 years of database development for on-prem and cloud databases. You must have experience in relational SQL and NO SQL databases. Extensive design and development experience on Casandra with implementation knowledge on cloud (AWS/GCP) is a must. You will be an experienced database developer who has a good understanding of Database Fundamentals and knows different databases. You will have experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, UDFs, scripts, etc. Knowledge or experience in programming languages like python/Java/Scala is a plus.
