Job Description :

To ensure quality check and resolution of queries/issues for the Global Cash Allocation Process within the agreed TAT, address the customer requirement and reporting activities.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

To be able to resolve the mails received on Generic mailbox and Team site and respond within 1WD TAT.
To ensure accurate quality check is performed on the sample extracted on daily basis.
To ensure all errors/issues are recorded appropriately and have corrective/preventive actions updated in alignment with the team.
Should be able to plan and help prioritize the work allocation on daily basis and share the status with SME/Leads.
Responsible for Combined Cash reconciliation for US and Refund processing for US/AA Hub along with Hub reporting.
To help SME with the training plan for new joiners & refresher trainings for the existing team and review the error log.
Share and contribute in process improvement ideas through PRISM, other forums etc.
Be part of Customer engagement through regular catch ups and timely resolution of queries and issues.
Support in preparation of Metric reporting, Internal/External Audit, Complex postings and during high volumes.
To complete the Month-End Close Activities (Subledger Close) as per schedule.
Assist Credit team to reconcile accounts and other ad hoc reporting as needed.
Liaise with the internal General Ledger team for any accounting queries.
Participation in Organizational Initiatives.
Contribute process improvements.
