Senior BDE

We are looking for an experienced professional as a Senior BDE role in the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
- Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Create and develop sales strategies to enhance business growth.
- Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into the needs and requirements of the client.
- Recommend improvements and changes as appropriate to company sales policies.
- Support, lead and mentor sales team in achieving sales outcomes.
- Prospecting new accounts and build relationships with potential customers.
- Candidates for this role should work well individually as well as part of a team, be outgoing, persistent and able to hit goals and objectives set by the company.
- Perform an incisive and insightful market and competitive research.
Skillset:
- Candidates having experience in Europe operations are preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of IT Sales.
- Good decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Qualification: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the IT industry dealing with international clients.
Note: Candidates with 1 month notice period are preferred.
