Senior Business Analyst/Business Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

Education: Bachelor/master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline

Required Skills and Experience:

Understanding a business situation and generating Crisp and well-articulated Agile Requirements
Is aware of creating Customer Personas and User scenarios , story boards and customer journey maps to effectively communicate Core product concepts, ideas
Aware of creating requirements for Software as a Service ( SaaS) , knowledge of calculating total cost of ownership & pricing strategy is a plus
Understands nonfunctional requirements and is good at defining them
Excellent communication skills and listening skills
Ability to talk to different stakeholders both internal and external to understand business problems and gather requirements
Ability to project the business value and opportunity cost to help take objective decisions and help prioritize features
Deep domain expertise in one domain such as Retail, Telecom, eCommerce, and analytics is a plus.
Ideal candidate will have managed product requirements for a product development organization working on some of the latest technologies
Hands- on experience in elucidate requirements – workflow, BRD, Epics, user stories, use cases and acceptance testing
Modeling processes using various notation (Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Business Process Modeling Notation, Workflows, Swim lanes)
Understanding the requirements creating User stories, gap analysis, requirement analysis, functional Documentation, etc
