Friscone Group jobs - Senior Business Development Manager

The manager will be responsible for carrying out all the activities of the Company in the Haryana region of the country. He/she will be the representative of the organization helping the company extend its root and expand in Haryana.

Job Specification :

• To oversee the sales/marketing department of the designated area
• Developing an overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals
• Includes performing territory and sales analyses, assessing the results and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
• Building brand awareness. Provide product information, answer client questions and concerns for current and potential clients through visits, meetings or presentations
• Secure sales for the company both directly and through teams.
• Build and maintain key relationships with potential and current clients and form new relationships with potential clients and follows up with potential and current clients through phone, email and sometimes regular visits.
• Manage the sales team involving training, monitoring, coaching and motivating the team to achieve the desired targets
• Work closely with other verticals within Friscone group to drive the short-term and long-term vision of the organization and be an integral part of its growth and impact.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate
• Work Experience: 5+ years (in sales/marketing/BD)
• Language: English, Hindi
• SKILLS REQUIRED
• Having sector-specific sales experience with a successful track record
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities

• Self-directed, target oriented with the high orientation to process and systematic reporting
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and prospecting skills
