PURPOSE OF THE JOB: TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIVES OF COMPANY/ORG. AUTHORITIES AND PROMOTE NICE HOME MARKETED PROPERTIES AND PROJECTS, LEARN BUSINESS LEAD GENERATION BY MEETING MORE AND MORE PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS OVERALL PUT BEST EFFORTS TO ACHIVE GIVEN TARGET IN STIPULATED TIME/PERIOD.
· Visit to given locations, collect data and Information of prospective clients.
· 15 Meetings [10 Compulsory] with presentations and collect feedback daily
· Collect 150 Contact Numbers per day, Minimum 1000 Numbers per week
· Submit 05 VC of finance organizations [BANKS,NBFC,SMALL BANK, Co-Operative Inst]weekly.
· Submit DCFR [Daily Customer Follow-up report] on daily basis.
· Ensure 4 site visits 3 Office visit weekly minimum criteria to qualify for promotion.
· Being B.A. a monthly target of 05 bookings is expected, wherein atleast 02 is mandatory to achieve to be continue in system..
· Should carry project Doc. [VIZ. PROJECT MAP, PLOT LAYOUT, BROCHER] HANDY AND READILY AVAILABLE FOR REFERENCES.
· Deliver quality CLIENT SERVICE to Customers, collect accurate database and Information.
· Carry presentation [AV, Pictorial] to share with clients who are unable to visit at site.
· Prepare month/week projection and submit to Reporting authority without fail.
· Maintain Daily visit to client and Site visit records in a Diary for ready reference.
· Collect clear data of visitors with contact No. and follow-up dates, If handling/executing Canopy/Outdoor marketing activity.
· Initial Appointment on probation is Minimum 3 Months and Maximum 06 Months, confirmation for JOB and Profile is subjected to ratings in CR [Confidential Report-Based on Performance, Management Skill & Punctuality]
· Company owns full rights to promote / extend probation period / terminate without explaining any reason thereof
· Maintain secrecy of Company procedures, Policies and work culture from others/competitors and strictly follow guidelines given by management time to time.
