Job Description

Senior Business Systems Analyst (864403)

Required Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

•5+ years of Business Analyst experience

•Excellent work ethic, high attention to detail and strong written / verbal communication skills

•Ability to be flexible and work in a fast - paced, dynamic environment

•Comfortable learning new technology systems

•Passionate about client satisfaction

•Experience in managing or interfacing with Engineering teams and technical teams

•Agile Software development methodology experience

•Process improvement experience

•General knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies

•Health care experience or knowledge base especially Provider market

•Confluence (Jira and Wiki) Experience, Sharepoint experience, Rally Experience

• SQL, RDBMS experience, Experience testing and modifying test data to support testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Working with FACETs and EDI 834, 837, 270/ 271 transactions
