Qualifications :

Strong communication and email-writing skills.
Ability to solve problem and think critically. Desire to brainstorm and strategize initiatives based on client goals. Proven record of managing multiple projects at once.
Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment.
Intense interest in social media and influencers.

Experience : 4+ years of experience in digital advertising

Key Job Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the execution of compelling, forward-thinking influencer marketing strategies across healthcare & travel domains.
Manage client relationships, influencers and internal team members.
Consistently communicate trends, shifts, opportunities, and statuses with clients.
Foster strong working relationships with internal teams.
Use technology to find the most appropriate influencers for our clients' business challenges.
Negotiate directly with influencers and their agents.
Over invest in younger team members to help them grow professionally.
Oversee and understand 10+ campaigns while Analysts and Campaign Managers help to execute them from a day to day standpoint.
Participate in client meetings, brainstorms, and planning sessions.
Develop comprehensive reporting to articulate campaign impact.
