Job Description
- Ensure the
correct disposal and storage of all food items as directed by the company
/ Mall SOP.
- Monitor and record
temperatures of fridges and freezers
- To ensure
that working areas are kept clean and tidy adopting a “clean as you go”
policy.
- To ensure
that all foods served under your control are served and held at the
required temperatures.
- Ensure that the
fridge discipline is strictly adhered to.
- Ensure
accurate records are maintained as directed by the company.
- Ensure that
the handing over procedures and opening up /closing down procedures are
compiled to, with emphasis on safety and security.

Ensure that all employee hygiene and store hygiene are up to the
company's standards.

Check the freshness of the food and discard any out-of-date goods, and
closely adhere to the stock rotation technique using the First In First Out
method
