Requirements:
Experience in Study visa and tourist visa
Good Knowledge in countries like USA , Canada , UK, Australia Client handling, good communication skills required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and procedures
Responsibilities:
Conduct immigration consultations for clients, understanding their needs and providing accurate information on immigration processes and requirements
Assess clients' eligibility for various immigration programs
Oversee the preparation and submission of immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
Monitor the progress of cases and address any issues or delays
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures
Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all stages of the immigration process. Handle escalated client concerns and provide timely resolutions
Review and approve client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
Generate regular reports on team performance, case status, and key performance indicators
Collaborate with other departments, legal experts, and government agencies to facilitate smooth immigration processes
Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards in service delivery
Conduct periodic audits of cases and provide feedback for continuous improvement
