  • Resolving all the sales related issues with customers & able to efficiently respond to the online or telephone queries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • He will be required to produce reports on progress of the issues resolved.
  • Coordinating with field sales team to ensure that the services provided to the clients are scheduled and sent out on time.
  • Coordinating with the respective departments to get the issues resolved.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents related to customers.
