Senior/Customer Support Engineer

EXPERIENCE:   2-5 years

Job Description:

  • 2-5 yrs. of IT System Administration experience
  • Understanding of proxy and reverse proxy
  • Good understanding of AWS EC2
  • Tomcat configuration/administration experience
  • Configuration experience with at-least a couple of load balancers
  • Should know how to set up various web-servers with https certificates and how to tune SSL parameters
  • Should know at a high-level about REST and SPA (Angular or React or Vue) applications work
  • Basic understanding of SQL and experience with setting up relational databases like Oracle, Postgress
  • Prior experience in customer support role is desired but not a must
  • Working experience with Web and desktop applications (java)
  • Good understanding of Unix/Linux is a plus
  • Understanding of logs for troubleshooting purpose.
  • Good English language skills & quick learning ability.
  • Good team player
  • Willing to work in shifts
