Master’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Research)
2+ years of experience with R/SAS/Python or related statistical software package including programming skills
Experience developing successful predictive models using regression analysis
Proven experience in UNIX based operating systems
Fluency in verbal and written Enghlish - ability to explain facts and concepts, engage in discussions, recap meeting points, etc.
Good project management skills, especially in timeline management, QA, team communications, clear understanding of roles and responsibilities
Experience on analyzing media KPIs such as effectiveness, ROI, saturation levels leveraging insights and translating to recommendations
Data modeling and management, integration and manipulation of large disparate datasets
Predictive modeling and optimization
Very good knowledge of SQL
Be able to participate in cross functional projects & teams
Strong skills in Excel & Power Point
Nice to have: 2+ years of experience in Marketing Mix OR Pricing OR Retail Assortment Analytics role handling and manipulating data from multiple sources and integrating them into a single source view/report/dataset
