UX/UI Designer
Minimum Qualifications
7-15 years of experience in UX Design.
Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for desktop, web and mobile applications.
Experience designing products on multiple platforms (web, iOS, Android).
Degree (Bachelors, Masters) in UX Design (e.g., industrial),HCI, or a related field from a
reputed Design Institution
Deep understanding of fundamental visual and interactive design disciplines and
principles.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and
persuasively.
Ability to work independently, handling schedules in fast-paced, multi-project
environment.
Capacity to own and drive the design process by independently defining requirements,
scoping projects and prioritizing tasks.
Experience with various design and prototyping tools. Adobe XD is desirable (standard
tool in SDS).
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years strategic ownership and design of large scale initiatives.
Experience with enterprise software.
Familiarity with the technical considerations needed when designing.
Experience working in design systems.
Fluency in Korean is strongly preferred.
