Position Summary

Responsible for producing documents as per client instructions on MS Office / Creative platform

Excellent PowerPoint skills including animation / transition effects

Interact with clients to clarify doubts and provide suggestions on layouts, designs

Quality check the document output produced by the Document Specialists, before delivering to the end client, and report all impediments to the Project Coordinator

To be involved in all training program organized by Williams Lea part of orientation, induction and performance

Works closely with Document Production lead/ Quality Assurance Specialist on a daily basis

Hours Of Work

Willingness to work on day & night shifts (8 hours) on a rotation / continuous basis

Flexibility to work on demand as per operational requirements

Adaptable to work on Saturdays and Sundays, or on holidays

Job Qualification

Bachelors Degree in any discipline (preferable in Commerce / Arts / Literature)

3 - 4 years of relevant work experience

MS Office 2007 / 2010 certification / qualification (preferable) with knowledge of Adobe suite (advantage)
