Manage and administrate DNS, DHCP and IPAM (DDI)
Provide support (24x7) and troubleshoot issues related DNS, DHCP and IPAM (DDI) solutions
Manage high availability of Infoblox , DNS/DHCP and IPAM platform
Perform analysis and diagnosis of DNS/DHCP, networking and security problems
Troubleshoot network, security and software applications to resolve operational issues and restore services
Deploy and support multi-vendor network & security solutions
Deploy and support network and security monitoring & management tools
Prepare RCA for critical/major incidents
Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technology products
Rich Hands-on experience of implementing & Troubleshoot Infoblox solutions such as IPAM/DHCP/DNS/vDiscovery
Good understanding and Hands on technologies like IP addressing schema, VLSM,DHCP,DNS etc.
Good Hands on Infoblox OEM for managing IPAM solution ( ADD/Delete IP address Scope)
Good Hands on Experience on DHCP scope creation, DHCP option management
Good understanding about servers, and windows platform
Good understanding about IPSEC, Firewall – Cisco,Checkpoint,Palo Alto
Excellent NOC Troubleshooting, analyzing & managing the critical Incidents, Problem tickets with out of the box thought process
Experience in designing POA for complex Change/Project.
Good knowledge in preparing RFO, RCA’s, documentation, Knowledge Bank.
Certification: Infoblox certification will be an advantage
