Strong influencing skills
Desirable ITIL v3 Foundation.
Experience in delivery within a matrix management structure
Experience in management of vendors and suppliers.
Experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry IT environment
Ability to interpret and communicate technical information in business language.

Experience in IT service delivery of business applications to a globally distributed user base.
Experience in working with offshore application development and support teams
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
