Job Description

Senior Engineer

Location: Bengaluru

Dept: Engineering

Experience: 3-5 years

Qualification: B. Tech And Preferably With Statistics Background

Required Skills : 

  • Must have minimum 2 years of experience working on model building.
  • Must have built 2-3 end-to-end Machine Learning projects in the past.
  • Knowledge of Regression, Classification, Forecasting & Collaborative filtering algorithms
  • Strong hands-on experience of R / Python is a must.
  • Proficient with data manipulation/analysis libraries such as Scikit-learn and Pandas for analyzing and modeling data.
  • Experience / solid background on modern approaches to NLP: word/paragraph embedding, representation learning, text/sentiment classification, ambiguity disambiguation.
  • Ability to understand business problem and formulate a technical solution using Math / Stats / ML.
  • Strong hands on experience in working with SQL databases.
  • The following will be given significant weightage
  • Good track in any competition platforms like Kaggle
  • Experience working with large data sets, coming from varied sources
  • Conceptual understanding of big data technologies (Hadoop / HDFS / Spark).
