SUMMARY:

Manage the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods. Collaborate with management to understand objectives and requirements. 

Regularly prepare budgets and cost reports for production. Divide responsibilities and tasks across the team to make production more efficient. ( Quality managers are responsible for monitoring and evaluating internal production processes, examining products to determine their quality, and engaging with customers, and gathering product feedback, among other duties)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR (PRODUCTION –QUALITY) HEAD

◦         Implementing methods to inspect, test, and evaluate products and production equipment

◦         Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards

◦         Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.

◦         Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products.

◦         Planning and organizing production schedules.

◦         Assessing project and resource requirements.

◦         Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing on budgets and timescales with clients and managers.

◦         Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.

◦         Determining quality control standards.
