The team support the complete Retirement hosted solution through multiple functions, and Application Support is one of them.
What You Will Be Doing
This position is for Application Support for Omni Platform. With multiple customers hosted in ASP environment, this position supports monitoring client environment, running nightly and late nightly batch cycles, projects, migrations, upgrades, troubleshooting and maintenance. Omni has tight SLAu2019s with clients to maintain their uptime, hence it is imperative that all the issues are handled with priority and clients uptime is maintained.
What You Bring
Knowledge / Experience
- Extensive experience of 3 to 4 years of application support based on Windows Servers
- Monitoring experience
- Batch cycle u2013 execution and troubleshooting experience
- Coordination with PS team, clients, vendors, etc
- Experience on supporting issues with Web/IVR/Middleware applications
- Handle incidents and Priority issues
- Experience on Windows server and its components
- Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
- Managing tickets (JIRA/SNOW, etc) and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Take ownership of projects and deliver on it on time, keeping all stakeholders updated on status periodically
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Managing coordination at a local and international level where required

Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent
- ITIL v3 Foundation or higher desirable
