Designation: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
To check for daily bed occupancy and plan the day’s operation in both OP and IP Pharmacies. To allocate adequate manpower, prepare duty roster, assign duties and responsibilities for all the staff on a daily basis.
To monitor the functioning of entire team on a daily basis and report to Manager.
Need to train staff on floors in adherence with quality parameters.
To implement Quality Improvement plans as per the directives from the respective authorities. To ensure availability of medicines as per the requirement and supervise the disbursement of medicine according to priority To ensure that proper storage conditions are maintained for all the drugs.
To have a random verification of inventory checked by the staff
Co-ordinate and interact with the Doctors regularly to ensure smooth functioning.
To prepare corrective measure and preventive action for process improvement along with guidance of quality SPOC and Clinical Pharmacologist. To keep adequate quantity of life saving drugs and constant check on non-moving items. Screening of customer feedback from daily.
To arrange the non-available medicine through stores / distributors. If there is a delay in delivery, request the concerned Doctors / Nurses for sufficient time and keep them informed about the same.
To check for rough cash book and the bank pay slips on a daily basis.
To participate in all departmental training and quality initiative measures that is in practice across locations.
To maintain ethical practices and diplomacy at all levels that we are dealing in our day to day transactions.
To follow all the rules and regulations of the organization prevails in practice from time to time.
Job Knowledge: Proficient enough in both the Technical & Functional levels for the given role. Conceptual skills and understanding of Business model are utmost important. Shall know the practices in Industry widely followed from time to time.
Quality Consciousness: Specific action is always aimed at improving quality of service, its processes and other activities associated with it.
Leadership and Managerial Skills: Active participation in cross functional responsibilities, monitoring team’s performance, crisis management, problem solving etc.
Cost Consciousness: Implementing Cost Control Measures and its monitoring.
