Role and Candidate Profile Position Title: Executive Assistant to Country Manager Reporting to: Country Manager, India Department / Function: Management Business Unit: EIPL Position Summary – Purpose and Objectives of the Role - To be the one point of contact for the CEO office, ensure timely and accurate flow of information to the office, support in managing the appointment and calendar, data analysis, reports and presentations for the CEO and assist with few company-wide engagement events. Main Focus and Key Areas of Responsibilities Responsible for the following business / functional activities of India business unit: Manage the Calendar and Day to Day appointments and meetings for CEO to ensure a smooth flow of processes Manage communication front for CEO’s office. Drive, Ideate and publish monthly newsletters. Ideate and deliver employee engagement initiatives and assist CEO with agendas for strategic meetings with key stakehol ders Manage communications with Key stakeholders within and outside the organization for CEO Assist and prepare presentations for CEO by coordinating with key stake holders addressing market development plans, product innovations and strategic initiatives addressing current market needs (AOC Presentation, BFR Presentations, Budget Presentations etc.) Prepare Town hall presentation for CEO addressing staff on latest developments within the organization and future plans Candidate Profile Knowledge / Experience Divisional or BU Experience Operated as Analyst of one or more of the following BUs: Eg – Marketing and General Management Experience / Track Record Total 5 years of experience of which atleast 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Industries Experience One or more of the following: Medical device Media Retail Geographical Experience Must have India market experience APAC or beyond collaboration experience will be an advantage Management Experience Stakeholder management, inter department coordination Education / Graduate in any stream from a recognized University. Masters/ Post graduate in Management with specialization in Marketing from a reputed Business School/ University. Language Proficiency in English and local language. Multilingual will be an advantage.
